eMapa — geoportal for checking a parcel
A free interactive map of Montenegro: search a parcel by number and cadastral municipality, see cadastral parcel and building boundaries, orthophoto, administrative boundaries and the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (PPCG 2040) layers: land use, protected areas and spatial restrictions. For information only; it does not replace the property sheet, the extract from the planning document or the UTU.
Open eMapaStanovina.me — official portal of licensed realtors
Stanovina.me is the official portal of licensed real estate agents in Montenegro: sale, purchase and rental of apartments, houses and land. Listings are published only by agents entered in the Register of Brokers. The portal advertises the offers on the internet and on social networks, so it is an extra sales and rental channel for agents and property owners.
Open Stanovina.meThe Law on Property Relations also applies to foreign persons (Article 412). A foreign person cannot own: natural resources, goods in general use, agricultural land, forests and forest land, a cultural monument of exceptional and special importance, real estate in the land border area to a depth of one kilometre and on islands, and real estate in an area that a law has declared closed to foreign persons (Article 415). Exception: a foreign individual may acquire agricultural land, forest and forest land of up to 5,000 m² only if the subject of the contract is a residential building located on that land.
