Paying the tax and fee

Pay the administrative tax and service fee. Proof of payment is attached to the application.

Submitting the application

The application is submitted electronically via the eUprava portal, by email to the competent regional unit, or in person at the Real Estate Administration counter.

Document issuance

The Real Estate Administration issues the property certificate or certificate. It is collected in person, by mail or electronically (as chosen in the application).
