Check in the property sheet or possession sheet which culture is entered. Land used in agriculture and forestry is classified into the cultures: field, garden, orchard, vineyard, meadow, pasture, forest, reed bed and marsh, and the rest as barren (article 42). A change of land use is established and implemented by the Real Estate Administration itself, not by a geodetic organization (article 137).

Responsible: Owner / possessor
Deadline: 1–3 days
Documents:
  • Property sheet / possession sheet
  • Evidence of the actual land use (if you have it)
Note: Check with the regional unit which evidence it requires with the application before filing.
