eMapa — geoportal for checking a parcel
A free interactive map of Montenegro: search a parcel by number and cadastral municipality, see cadastral parcel and building boundaries, orthophoto, administrative boundaries and the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (PPCG 2040) layers: land use, protected areas and spatial restrictions. For information only; it does not replace the property sheet, the extract from the planning document or the UTU.
Open eMapaStanovina.me — official portal of licensed realtors
Stanovina.me is the official portal of licensed real estate agents in Montenegro: sale, purchase and rental of apartments, houses and land. Listings are published only by agents entered in the Register of Brokers. The portal advertises the offers on the internet and on social networks, so it is an extra sales and rental channel for agents and property owners.
Open Stanovina.meThe property certificate (LN) shows who is registered as the holder of ownership, in what share, and the data on parcels and buildings. Get it from the regional unit of the Real Estate Administration on a request as a person with a legal interest (purchase). Compare the name, share and parcel number with what the seller says and with the contract.
