Collect the document that is the basis of acquisition: a notarial deed of sale or gift, a final inheritance decision, a final court ruling or a decision of a competent authority. Documents are submitted as originals or certified copies, and foreign documents with a court interpreter's translation. For property transfers you also need proof of paid tax or a tax authority decision.

Deadline: Variable
Documents:
- Legal basis (deed, decision, ruling)
- Proof of paid tax / tax authority decision
Note: The document must meet the prescribed form (Article 119 of the Law on State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre). An uncertified or incomplete document is the most common reason for rejection.
